"Non invasive Anti Virus"

Pros
A computer Geek told me about F-Prot some years go. So I bought it and have used F-Prot for several years now, after growing tired of other anti-virus programs that tried to take over my computer. F-Prot sits quietly in the background and monitors everything, but you never see it! It often updates itself, and checks everything, flagging a few email viruses once in a while. I have found this software to be all I need, and only what I need.
Cons
Some say that this software doesn't catch the Trojans. I have used it for four years now, and once a year I run Sbybot to see what it has missed. Spybot usually finds one or two small things that F-Prot didn't find and deal with over the course of a year. So I am not too worried.
Summary
If you have a large family or lots of friends, buy the corporate version, and load it on all of your computers! After using all of the other major brands of anti-virus software over the last 20 years I have finally found the anti-software of my dreams. Load it, and leave it. Then get on with life! I took back control of my computer with F-Prot! I cannot say enough to praise them.

Great product for the price. Gets the job done without any hassle. I had an issue with subscription renewal and email response with solution was within hours of request.
Cons
website is a little confusing to navigate, but worth it for the product.

Great antivirus software for small business as you can cover multiple systems at a very inexpensive price. Software is easy to setup and easy to use. Customer support is quick with response and takes care of problems quickly.

I've been using F-Prot for over 6 years now and would recommend it to anybody. It's lightweight because of it's small footprint which of course allows it to perform an entire disk scan without affecting your front-end processing.
Cons
There's nothing I don't like about it.
Summary
They offer a Windows and Linux/Unix version and pricing is very very well worth what you pay for. Rather than purchase 2 single-user licenses, it's cheaper to buy the 10 license corporate pack!
When viruses are spreading across the internet, I've seen them update the signature files up to 5 times a day! Quite impressive! -

F-PROT is efficient in weeding out the trojans, backdoors or whatever you seem to have that is wreaking havoc on your computer. It uses heuristics so it can (and DOES!) prevent the bad stuff from settling in. One of the best picks I've made ever!
Cons
Configuration is rather limited, but nothing for average computer-ers to worry about.
