From ezdns :

EzDNS publishes and/or emails your PC's dynamic IP address (both local and outside address) and connection information to a remote web page or text file that is customizable. EzDNS is deal for people with cable or DSL internet. Version 1.6 features IP Address page e-mail capability and program monitoring which displays the status of locally running applications.

Version 1.7 fixes a registry entry bug that occured if license key was entered before having previously requested a demo key.
