From ExpStudio :This powerful free tool allows you edit your audio files like editing text files, display a waveform window of an audio file and apply zooming, record new audio file from a microphone, VCR, cassette player or another input device, visually edit an audio file (cut, copy, delete silence, paste from file, mix, mix from file); apply different effects (Amplify, Delay, Equalizer, Fade, Flanger, Invert, Normalize, Noise, Breath reduce, Reverse, MultiTapDelay, Silence, FX effects (Convert voices: Female to male, male to female, Chipmunk and Zeus). "I am very pleased with the program overall"
Pros: I have been using this software as my audio editor for a long time and the ease, and understandable interface is what keeps me as a user. I have other, paid for, applictions that are no better than this FREE version.
Cons: The only thing I have issues with is that I can not edit wmv audio. When making music videos using a live capture, not being able to edit the sound is an issue.

"Reliable, easy to use, limited capabilities"
Pros: I was easily able to figure out how to copy pieces of songs and save them.
Cons: I wanted to speed up the tempo of a song, but found that the minimum speed that I could increase to was 120%. I could only decrease it by 90%. The means if I want to change the speed of a song, I've got to find another program to do it.

"Program Freezes up and won't allow me to register"
Pros: When it works it does a lot!!!! Easy to understand and use after a few moments of figuring.
Cons: Again keeps freezing up in the middle of a project. Hit save after after modification you make or you have to keep starting over!
Summary: Fix these bugs and I would recomend it.

Pros: Edited songs greatly and easy to use.
Cons: When i edited a song, every 3 seconds, i heard a Windows sound that happens when a download is coplete. the sound played throughout the whole song and completely ruined it.
Summary: If it could get rid of that alert sound, and could save in WMA or Mp3 format, i'd use it.
