EximiousSoft GIF Creator provides rectangle, ellipse, lasso, and magic wand selection tools. They can be used to cut, copy, move, delete proportion of an animation. Erase tool can help you get rid of unwanted portion easily. Shape tools can draw the smoothest text, round rectangles, ellipses, polygons, and lines. More than twenty effects are also provided for generating cool animations quickly.

Version 3.35 supports moving objects by pressing arrow keys.
