"not impressed"

Pros

the software was easy to install, simple to use and does as it says in limited capacity.

Cons

this software is great if your a runner or swimmer.... but if you want to log an hour of rollerblading or climbing, your out of luck.

"Lack of features"

Pros

I was happy with the layout and simplicity, and also the add exercise feature

Cons

There was a lack of information, esp. energy used, which would have been useful

"I like it so far!"

Pros

In spite of the bad reviews, I decided to try it. No problems downloading, or initial use. Had to do a little exploring to figure things out -

Cons

"Help" function leaves a bit to be desired - but managed to get done what I wanted.

"Good quick way to keep track of my workouts."

Pros

Form is easy to fill in. Interface is ok.

Cons

Not cusotomizable. No real way to indicate intensity of workout, other than in comment area.

"Great tool for the logging exercise"

Pros

This program does only what you need it to do: Log your workout progress. I used to log my workouts in a notepad with pencils and have to flip page to page to gauge progress. Now, it's on the screen. All that and it's free. There is a paid version of this software but the free tool is a great no nonsense exercise log

Summary

The only thing I didn't like, is you don't have a check list for things you haven't done yet. Other than that, it is great. You can add as many excercises as you want, and keep track of everything.

Summary

Well, this wouldn't be bad if you were someone who actually went to a gym, etc. I didn't see the point. It seemed like most of it was for weight training and not for the casual person seeking weight loss.
