Version: Enterprise Architect 6.5 build 804
Pros: Looks like there is a whole lot of functionality here, if it were only somewhat clear as to how to use it.
Cons: Usability is truly terrible. I spent 1.5 hours trying how to automatically generate a sequence diagram against an existing Visual Studio project and couldn't even begin to gain a remote idea of what to do. Online Help is very poorly written. In the integrated environment in VS, everytime I went to one of their product areas to investigate what help was telling me, only to have it make no sense, I went back to help only to have it reset back to the root level, losing my place. Their help references commands and features that I couldn't begin to identify anywhere in the product. As an IT professional, I do not have this kind of time to waste trying to figure out how to do even the simplest thing, regardless of how many features there may be. This product is so poorly designed from a user perspective as to be unusable.
