""You Get" Far More "Than You Pay For""
Pros: This product is a quite complete UML 2.0 tool, for an excellent price. This is the tool I used to learn UML, and it's the tool I use for UML modeling. I recommend it frequently.
My mouth actually watered when I read about the features of their forthcoming 6.0 release (in beta now).
Cons: The UI is sometimes referred to by users as the "Unique Interface". I couldn't do any better, but I wish someone would.
