Version: Email Director 7.1
"Unstable ... slow ... horrible for big email lists"
Pros: The group manager function is very good. It allows for fairly easy managment of your lists AS LONG AS THEY ARE NO LARGER THAN ABOUT 25,000 ADDRESSES.
Cons: Very, VERY slow. I have a T1 connection and run our emails overnight when no one else is on the net. I'm lucky if it can send out 10,000 emails in 16 hours. Most of the time it crashes before it can finish the list. Pretty much a worthless program for anyone with even a modest size email list. Support is ONLY by email and takes at least 24 hours to respond.
