From Elecard :Elecard MPEG Player allows software-only playback of mpeg1/2/4 format of any type. It supports DivX, ripped VOB's, MPEG4, 3GP, DVB, SVCD, Transport Streams. Audio supports AAC, AC3, MP2, MP3 inputs, and SPDIF output. DirectShow compatible. Features: fast forward/backward playback, next/previous frame, grab frame, play list, trim file, playback DivX files, brightness control, playlist merging, playlist combining, and graph preview. Version 5 adds AC3 audio support.

Cons: it doens't work at all. you have to download it a couple of times before it actually will come up without and error, and then once you have it installed you can't access it because you are required to have an access number.
