From Elecard :Elecard MPEG Player allows software-only playback of MPEG-1, -2 and -4 formats of any type. It supports DivX, ripped VOBs, MPEG-4, DVB, SVCD and multiprogram transport streams. Audio supports AC3, MP2 and MP3 input and S/PDIF output. It is DirectShow-compatible. Features include fast-forward/backward playback, next/previous frames, grab frames, playlists and trim files.

Cons: See, the thing is that when I download the file, I can't open it because it's corrupted or something. And I couldn't find a link or an address for those type of problems so I'm hoping that someone, who can fix this sh*t, is reading. And I tried downloading it a cuople of times, or that other link that you gave and IT DOESN'T HELP. Please. Fix. It.
