From SoftDD Software :

Save anything on your screen as a JPEG or bitmap image, and also embed text messages directly into your cropped images. You can now view images immediately after cropping, and also view images after you have added a text message. You can do screen prints and pass your images directly into PC Paintbrush. A JPEG compression algorithm is included to help you save even more space. No additional runtime files are needed.
