EasyImage Batch works with the most common image formats (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, ICO, WMF, EMF, and TIF), has defaults for common image output sizes, and allows you to resize a whole group of pictures at once. Photos may be rotated at the same time they are resized, and quality settings also allow you to control the file size of the output pictures as well. Version 1.5 improved performance.

"does exactly what it is meant to do"
Pros: The program is extremely easy to use. You could choose a whole folder to edit and do the same settings for all the pics. Extremely easy to figure out.
Cons: Takes a bit long to save the pictures
