From ITSTH :Easy2Sync is a way to synchronize your files on your computers, notebooks and servers. It was designed to accommodate many special cases to protect your files. Internally, it uses more than 200 rules to safely synchronize your data. In addition to its classic synchronization, Easy2Sync can also propagate data, which is useful for keeping backup servers up-to-date. Other features include rotating backups, NT services, time-based synchronization, and ease of use, FTP synchronization and configurable security options.
Version 1.36 is a bug fix release.
What's new in this version:
Fixed: Function 'safe copying' could stop the entire task. Fixed: Problem with lock file.

Pros: Easy to use, fast.
Cons: I wished that this program allowed me to synchronize contacts with Gmail.

Version: Easy2Sync for Files 1.36
Pros: Extremly fast. Highly accurate. Easy to use. Sophisticated or simple -- all determined by the user.
Cons: Expensive but with the bundle discount it was in the pack of competitors

"Severe Limitations on free version"
Pros: Seems straightforward with lots of options. Too bad they don't work in the free version.
Cons: The free version's biggest limitation is that it does not synchronize subfolders.
You have to go to every single folder you have and run the software again to sync that folder.
