This video-splitting program proves that single-minded focus can be a very good thing. First off, we should say that Easy Video Splitter only does the job in its title and nothing else. However, it makes up for this narrow scope by being extremely easy to use and offering a high degree of control over the chopping process. The interface is aesthetically pleasing and provides a large preview window on its left side. After you load an AVI, WMV, or MPEG video, you can choose the stop and end points of your segment by simply clicking two icons. We really appreciated the fact that Easy Video Splitter can cut multiple files from the same clip, a convenient feature not found in some competitors. You also can set the program to automatically split clips by size or time. Since the trial version lets you chop as many files as you want for a full week, we can give this app the green light for anyone who needs to dice up video.Publisher's description

Version: Easy Video Splitter 2.01
Cons: one must select split points using a slidebar which moves in steps of ~ 7 seconds. It is not possible to mark a cut point exactly where you want it to be.

"Best for cutting videos but dont support all formats"
Pros: This software is one of the best softwares that cut the videos and you can play the individual videos without joining them. This is a very light software and uses the ram to a very small extent. You just keep marks and make the video into parts and you can cut a video into those many parts. The software also does on itself by just keeping " size of each video ", " no.of parts of the video". Overall this is a great software.
Cons: This video doesn't support all video format, only this is a con as fas as I know. And the trial version will expire in a week :( .

"It's splits video but not where I tell it"
Pros: It's easy to use, straightforward and fast.
Cons: I wanted to split a long video into two parts. There's a part around the middle with a scene change that's ideal for a split so I chose to split there. I even checked that it was correctly selected but it split almost 3 minutes further into the film, right in the middle of an action scene. Tried several times with the same result so I've uninstalled it. Certainly glad I found this out before I paid for it. Save your money, look elsewhere.

"P-O-S! After first attempt to split an mpeg it responds "Invalid File Format""
Pros: Its easy to download and quick to take your money!
Cons: After encountering issues with my first video, I attempted to contact "Customer Support." Turns out the email address they provide for "support" does not work. Like this product, it returns undeliverable messages. Waste of time, effort and money!
The old adage is true here...
