Easy to use--intuitive. A must have for reducing or increasing the sizes of your pictures. Reduce down to an avatar or increase to an 8 x 10 glossy and beyond, picture quality (number of pixels) is the only limitation.
Cons
Can't think of any. Who ever created this software thought through the process producing a first-rate product.

I use NoteTab Pro and have used it since 1997 to work my web pages. Along with that I am saving page space with thumbnailed graphics. Great programs by a great software company.

Summary
When I take pictures for an event, there typically are 500 to 1000 pictures that I need to process. This program gives me a pretty good final product to sent to friends and relatives without having to spend hours and hours resizing, and many other functions.
When I post pictures to the web, I usually resize them all to 800 pixels max width or height for all of them. Since it's usallly one event, the brightness, contrast, and sharpness can be set all the same. Jpeg quality is set lower if I need to conserve drive space.
Like I said, this process saves me many hours of processing. If there are certain pictures I want to spend time on, I'll open up PhotoShop and work on it when I have time. -

I build websites for my church and a few other non-profits with a $0 budget for software tools, so any time I find a tool like this that works as advertised, isn't laced with spy-ware, and fits into my budget, I jump on it!!

I use the software to to batch photos into 200 x 300 thumbnails so I can see a picture oin my WDTV player for the file of the move etc. Anywayz it was super fast, I batched like 800 at once, and it took maybe 2 minutes
Cons
No tutorial or instructions, I hate when programs do that, but it wasnt hard to figure out
