The program also has a meal planner and a grocery-shopping manager that help you plan your meals and shopping for a week. In addition, 100 recipes are included.
Version 1.2 adds metric, fractions, and decimals support; a USDA nutrition database; Meal-Mater- and Mastercook-format recipe support, and a new full-featured printing function.
