Version: Easy Mail Merge for Outlook 1.1.91
Pros
Very simple installation (see problems below), simple interface, and relatively simple operation. But.... if you have any problems... see below
Cons
I bought it to throttle the speed my company's newsletter is sent (to avoid our ISP banning us for spamming). But the speed set in the software's interface has NO relation to the actual sending speed. This software is not yet ready for prime time!
Summary
Quite a nice product, but badly in need of a bit of tweaking. And as for their after sales service....!
After reformatting my hard drive, I attempted to reinstall this software. I was told I had "used up all my installations". I emailed them, no response. I emailed them again. No response. I used the "Contact Us" interface on their web(grave)site. No response. I phoned them (in Romania!), no answer even during Romanian working hours! Beware.... if you have any problems... don't expect any help! Spend your money with people who care!
