Efficiently create mouse movement and keystroke macros with this simple application, but editing the completed output must be done manually by using commands from the editor's menu instead of keystrokes.

Easy Macro Recorder's primary interface is a system tray pop-up menu. The few available options are set in a standard Windows dialog box. Using this utility is a matter of learning the start record, stop record, and play hot keys. Novices will create macros in a matter of seconds after installing this application.

Though it lacks many features compared to its robust competitors, its easy learning curve and efficient operation make it perfect for novice users. The program's option to record mouse position only at button press is too rare in macro programs. The awkwardness of its macro-editing capability is the main drawback to this utility. Novices looking for a simple macro recorder should give this 15-day trial application a try.
