Cons
Editing in-program can be a nightmare (e.g. dealing with new colorus added to existing GIFs). Multi-frame editing nonexistent.

Made it easy to find exactly what I wanted to do: open a GIF and save as SWF. Somebody *intelligent* designed this thing. What a relief!

Nothing, frankly.
Summary
Straightforward, and it WORKED. No gotchas, just good quality software.
Oddly, it was so good that although I only needed it for one thing, now that I know how easy it is, I may start doing things I'd never thought were within my grasp, instead of outsourcing them. -
