From HomeDVDCopy :With Easy DVD Rip you can convert any DVD to VCD, SVCD, MPEG-1/2/4, AVI, DivX, XviD with just a few clicks--either complete with all the extras or just the main movie only, in selected language tracks and/or subtitles. The conversion engine features four different modes of conversion (Whole Title/Chapter, Chapter Splitting, Chapters Merging and Time Range), and it auto-detects all DVD parameters, minimizing the list of settings making DVD backup a simple task. Furthermore, with a powerful batch-job engine, each title/chapter can have its own settings, independent of the others. The program can also split the output video file to fit on a CD-R, the built-in burning engine is provided for burning your VCDs/SVCDs. You'll be impressed by the simplicity of this software, and by the speed with which you can create them.

"Great customer service. Install was a little tricky but final product is nice."
Pros: Email customer service is almost instant and they address the few small issues that came up when trying to install the program.
Cons: The different install files and keys are a little confusing.

Pros: I really like the step by step style of this program, it guides me to convert my dvds successfully even i am only a beginner. I don't even need to read the help file so far. Thanks for this good program.

Pros: The user friendly product and interface. Really easy to use... I use it to rip dvd to my hard drive, so I can watch movie in a trip. Yeah!
Cons: I want they can support more output formats.

"Excellent product and service."
Pros: The product is simply self-explanatory, but even you send email to the support, they also response very fast including holiday, it's better than large company. I am going to order a copy! :-)
