From 8to32 :Easy CD Ripper is an all-in-one music tool for ripping and converting media files. It digitally extracts audio CD tracks to MP3, APE, WAV, WMA, VQF, and OGG files, with excellent output quality and a high ripping speed. The application also can convert those audio files from one format to another. Even more, it can clone an audio CD into an image file, bit by bit, perfectly. With the addition of a plug-in kernel, Easy CD Ripper possesses unlimited expansion and supports unlimited music formats. The program also features an encoder plug-in, a decoder plug-in, and expert LAME options.
Version 2.31 adds support for WMA 9, MP3 VBR, and OGG VBR files, adds a decoder for AAC and MP4 files, and supports expert MP3 encoder LAME options.

Version: Easy CD Ripper 2.31
"Works great, a few quirks, but worth the download"
Pros: It rips CDs to any bit rate, tags them, and has good jitter protection. It is very fast, works well in the background, and the ability to rip an entire CD to an image file comes in quite handy. Great CDDB support gives appropiate titles and album names with a 9/10 success rate. Also has the ability to re encode Mp3 files already present on your hard drive. That's a perfect way to up quality or lower file size.
Cons: Sometimes adds a loud pop to the start of songs that include a small silence at the start. The delete song after completion of Re-Encode is iffy. Even if the file fails to Re-Encode the song is deleted. It rarely goes on to tag IDv3 and will shorten tags considerably if the tag goes beyond it's limit. These problems are easily dodged though.
