For ripping audio CDs, burning CDs and DVDs, and converting tracks, Easy CD-DA Extractor excels. The latest update to version 11 adds some notable new features, such as the ability to manage all of the metadata for songs or albums, including downloadable album covers. Also quite valuable is the new DVD-burning functionality, an excellent tool for backing up large digital-music collections.
A well-organized interface displays all of the major features and settings. Four tabs across the top access the Audio CD Ripper, the Audio File Format Converter, Audio CD Creator, and MP3/WMA CD Creator. Ripping CDs is simple: Insert a disc and the Audio CD Ripper window displays info such as artist, track list, year, track length, and album length. The destination folder, the quality and format of output tracks, and even the filename format are all easily edited.
MP3 settings include the ability to choose constant, average, or variable bit rates. The Audio File Format Converter window features a drag-and-drop file selection topped by a conversion-format window. The program supports a large list of lossy and lossless formats including MP3, OGG, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, and 3GP. The Audio CD Creator window lets you drop files into that screen, choose the recording speed, and toggle the test feature. The MP3/WMA CD Creator window works similarly and adds much-needed support for data discs.
Easy CD-DA Extractor is easy to learn, quick to use, and loaded with features. It stands tall among the teeming mass of CD-ripping/music-conversion apps.

Pros: so far I have been unable to get this software to run at all as it gives me an error message saying I must have set my clock back in time to defeat some security feature and yet when I check with the internet time, my system time is exactly correct. In fact I have set my system clock to synchronize with the internet server.
Cons: I would not tell you one darn thing about this software

Version: Easy CD-DA Extractor 11.1
Pros: Easy CD-DA Extractor is an excellent ripper. I'm in the process of converting my entire music catalogue to FLAC and the program has certainly made it a lot snappier and easier process. I like the clean and easy to use interface and batch converting. Definitely worth the 20 something EUR I paid for it. It's a lot faster than the (free) CDex I've been using for years. So far I'm not regretting switching to a paid application instead.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: The tool itself is extremely useful; feature rich and an awesome set of 'they just work' up to date codecs. I only use the ripper portion, but it's well worth the money by itself.
On the few occasions where I've needed support, the author has been very helpful and responsive (from a couple years back to just earlier this month).

"I had been looking for this type of program for long time and now I found it."
Pros: I have alot of old CD's need to convert those old songs into MP3
