For ripping audio CDs, burning CDs and DVDs, and converting tracks, Easy CD-DA Extractor excels. The latest update to version 11 adds some notable new features, such as the ability to manage all of the metadata for songs or albums, including downloadable album covers. Also quite valuable is the new DVD-burning functionality, an excellent tool for backing up large digital-music collections.
A well-organized interface displays all of the major features and settings. Four tabs across the top access the Audio CD Ripper, the Audio File Format Converter, Audio CD Creator, and MP3/WMA CD Creator. Ripping CDs is simple: Insert a disc and the Audio CD Ripper window displays info such as artist, track list, year, track length, and album length. The destination folder, the quality and format of output tracks, and even the filename format are all easily edited.
MP3 settings include the ability to choose constant, average, or variable bit rates. The Audio File Format Converter window features a drag-and-drop file selection topped by a conversion-format window. The program supports a large list of lossy and lossless formats including MP3, OGG, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, and 3GP. The Audio CD Creator window lets you drop files into that screen, choose the recording speed, and toggle the test feature. The MP3/WMA CD Creator window works similarly and adds much-needed support for data discs.
Easy CD-DA Extractor is easy to learn, quick to use, and loaded with features. It stands tall among the teeming mass of CD-ripping/music-conversion apps.

Pros: I've been using this software for many years. It's fast and does a very good job. You not only can rip your CD's, you can also convert from one file format to another. It supports a lot of file formats that you can convert to from mp3, wma, aac, and many more. Once you buy it, you'll get free upgrades forever. I once had a problem installing it and received a quick email back on how to fix the problem.

"A problem solving work-horse...FAST & EASY"
Pros: I've had my EZ CD 10, for almost a year, and as a DJ in the digital age, I mass convert, normalize, & title, all my music....(a collection that would impress even the largest of media controlers),.... and I Rip and Burn, in addition to the normalizing, editing, and converting......every single track,....and NEVER have a problem.
Cons: If there's a flaw, I see it in the "renaming" of files. I would like to be able to type in the actual field selected, (artist, title, genre...etc) instead of having to place my cursor into the ID Tags......And I am not sure why you are able to change/edit the text style/size when ripping, but not converting...BUT SERIOUSLY, If this thing was perfect already, our reviews would be meaning less. Thanks Polksoft fo another outstanding porduct.!!!

"This is the one of the best rippers and burning programs for the price"
Pros: I have had this program for over 5 years and it still does everything I want. Much better than Nero at a fraction of the price. I just don't understand the negative reviews that I see. Its a speed demon in rip mode and no slouch in burn mode
