For ripping audio CDs, burning discs, and converting tracks, Easy CD-DA Extractor excels.
The pleasant interface allows you to configure the well-organized software to suit your needs. We like the slider in the conversion-progress box that lets you set the applications system priority. After you insert a CD, the Audio CD Ripper window displays information such as artist name, track list, production year, track length, and length of the total album. The destination folder, the quality and format of output tracks, and even the filename format are all adjustable.
MP3 settings include the ability to choose constant, average, or variable bit rates. The Audio File Format Converter window features a drag-and-drop file selection topped by a conversion-format window. The program supports a large list of lossy and lossless formats including MP3, OGG, WMA, APE, FLAC, AAC, and 3GP. The Audio CD Creator window lets you drop files into that screen, choose the recording speed and toggle the test feature. The new MP3/WMA CD Creator window works similarly, and adds much-needed support for data discs.
Easy CD-DA Extractor is easy to use and full of excellent features, and it should be at the top of your CD-ripping/song-converting charts.

Writes Audio CDs, MP3 CDs, WMA CDs, and regular Data CDs with long JOLIET-filename and CD-Text support. Automatically downloads disc information such as Artist, Track Titles, and Cover Art image from the Internet. Allows editing of ID3/metadata and can embed advanced metadata fields such as Cover Art image to the files. Cover Art images can be downloaded from the Internet using the brilliant 'Amazon Search' feature. Can perform advanced audio processing such as Peak Level Normalization, RMS Normalization, and Fade In/Out.
Version 10.0.3 includes new MP3, AAC, and aacPlus encoders with sound quality improvements, support for 24-bit files, and other features and bug fixes.

Pros: All options are available at trial stage. Everything runs pretty smooth. This is one program you'll want to buy after you tried it.
Cons: Interface has its issues.. you don't find things that easely but, they're there..

Pros: Fantastic program! A true swiss army knife of digital audio ripping. Also, for the record, I've had nothing but good experiences on the couple occasions I needed support - the author himself responded quickly and positively regarding the issues. Worth the money I paid for it, no question.

Pros: Excellent ripper, excellent converter, excellent burner. Fast encoding! Pleasant interface!
Cons: Unfortunately not freeware but the price is reasonable for such a quality product.

"Simply The Best for All what it has to Offer"
Pros: 1. Ripper: Best i've used this far, wins all tested competitors, especially quality, speed and bypassing all known protections ;).
2. Converter: No-one comes even near, top-notch quality and wide range of selections! Great codecs and improves constantly!
3. Burning CD's - none of my CD's busted this far and it's fast!
The New(ish) MP3-CD maker is a great addition! Long wanted also!
Summarum: much more worth of, than it's small $$-value!
Cons: NO Cons for the Proggie But:
I don't like pirate users - they'll get spoiled versions (hidden in the code if a loader is used) - and still they have guts to complain here ;))

"Not one of the best - it IS the best"
Pros: I've been using this software since before most people knew what MP3's were. Through the years, the few times I've requestes support, it was always there in a pleasant and quick manner. Software is rock solid and updates have been plentiful over the years. I don't remember what I originally paid for it, but it's been worth it!
