For ripping audio CDs, burning discs, and converting tracks, Easy CD-DA Extractor excels. The interface is pleasant, and you can configure the well-organized software to suit your needs. We liked the slider in the conversion-progress box that lets you give the application higher or lower system priority. After you insert a CD, the Audio CD Ripper window displays information such as artist name, tracklist, production year, length of each track, and length of the total album. The output section of that window lets you set the destination folder, the quality and format of output tracks, and even the filename format. MP3 settings include the ability to choose constant, average, or variable bit rates. In the Audio File Format Converter window, you drop files from your PC into the folder on the screen, then select the format into which you wish to convert the files. The program supports a large list of lossy and lossless formats including MP3, Ogg Vorbis, WMA, APE, FLAC, and AAC. The Audio CD Creator window lets you drop files into that screen, choose the recording speed, and enable or disable the test feature. Most users will find Easy CD-DA Extractor easy to use and full of features.Publisher's description
From Poikosoft :Easy CD-DA Extractor rips audio CDs and allows you to convert files from one format to another, burn audio CDs, copy copy-protected CDs, read audio from badly scratched CDs, download and upload disc information to and from FreeDB, and get support for volume normalization, compression, and fade-in and fade-out functionality. The program supports formats such as MP3, MP4, M4A, AAC, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, Musepack, Monkey's Audio, and Windows Media Audio.
Version 8.2.2 supports 25 languages and fixes the bugs in Ogg Vorbis encoding and in Monkey's Audio decoding.

Pros: Here's an intuitive, full-featured, audio tool that will exceed your highest expectations in every way. The publisher continues to add new features and improve upon this already great program on a regular basis. Registered users are never charged an upgrade fee. If you're in the market for an Audio Converter/CD Ripper/Burner do yourself a favor and check out the trial version of Easy CD-DA Extractor. "keeping me happy for over 4 years !!!"
Pros: simple. very simple to use, understand, operate. even my 8 year old can do things without asking for help.
Cons: nothing that I dislike found yet!

Pros: almost and except rm /ram format it can do anything. but would like to see rm/ram convertor at the list as well.
Cons: as iv said, yet another thing why not ad video ripping as well?

"Simply the BEST in it's class!"
Pros: Simply gets on with the job without taking over your PC (unlike iTunes, Real etc.)
It's much more than a CD Ripper and well worth the registration fee. I've happily used successive versions for several years and thoroughly reccommend it.

Pros: Been a registered owner for years now, before that I was using my own ripper that I wrote from scratch. This is a good enough tool that development abated on my own tool, because Easy CDDA Extractor had all the features I'd wanted when I wrote my own.
Speaking of which, there are a lot of features here to love... audio file conversion, audio CD burning, without all of the ungodly overhead something like ITunes forces you to install.
Cons: Interface can be a liiiiittle intimidating for complete neophytes, but if you know anything about computers and MP3 encoding, there's no problem.
