"Buggy and no support"

It worked well for about 9 months

Buggy; doesn't work well since late 2010 versions and absolutely NO support
Summary
Very buggy since late 2010. Freezes my computer, doesn't run when you try to run it, hits you with free trial prompts even though you bought it. "Support" means email that they don't answer or getting a message machine to leave a voice message they won't return.
