Version: East-Tec Eraser 2006 7
"The best windows cleaner utility"
Pros: I've used this product for about 3 years now, tried everything else on the market and it's still by far the best. It's fast, flexible and packed full of features. I'm always baffled by people who say that these utilities delete all their files or takes ages to run, because in my experience none of them do that. I can only conclude it's down to user error or a very badly configured pc's.
Cons: Although there's an extensive range of plugins, there aren't as many as something like Window Washer. Apart from that - nothing!

"Great product, terrific support"
Pros: The software is excellent and quite configurable, but the customer support is even better. Had a bit of difficulty with the new version accepting my lifetime registration code, sent East-Tec an e-mail about the problem, and had an answer and a solution within a few hours. Highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent product and more importantly a customer service that responds in a quick and helpful manner! I have used this product for several year and have been very happy with it.
Cons: None that I can find so far.

"Excellent. Lessons learned, get the CD-ROM. Downloads no good in crash"
Pros: As a long time user of East-Tec Eraser, I have seen nothing but continuous quality improvement of the product over time. What I like most of all is that it is effortless to operate, especially after the frustrations of experienced during the day with other applications. It is refreshing to use an application that is architecturally sound, reliable and rates No. 1 in a class of its own.

"Great Product with great support."
Pros: Have been using East-Tec for approx 3 years. Very comprehensive and yet very user friendly and easy to use. I purchasd a 'for life licence' approx 2 years ago. Recently, when moving the program to my new laptop I found the 'key' only entitled me to a trial sign up. A quick email to East-Tec support and within a few hours, a new product key with full instructions on how to reassert my customer status. This is tech-support as it should be. Buy it for security and for great back up.
