From Brandyware Software :

EZV Video Capture captures video frames to 24bit graphics. It supports MPEG, MPG, MPA, MOV, AVI, DivX, and wmv. It saves to file or print. VCR style buttons allow you to move one frame at a time, forward or backward. As an option, you can even download videos directly into EZV for frame capturing. Just enter the URL and EZV will run the video.

Version 2.0 adds Auto Rewind, Loop, Seek Start, Seek End, capture directly from video or graphic, Select Start, Select End, AutoName to automatically name captures.
