Version: EMCO Malware Destroyer 1.25.3.21
Pros: Free updates. Detects viruses where others did not. Excellent as companion AV.
Easy and simple to use.
Cons: Wish the product has more engine

"Finds things no one scans for, and scrubs them"
Pros: This product scans for oddities no other vendor looks for [including ESET, Spybot, SpywareBlaster etc.] It found and scrubbed a stubborn keystroke logger that no other protection even notified me was there. It rarely has to find I'm happy to say.
Cons: To me, and I'm technical, the interface is not intuitive. If you navigate thru it a few times, you will learn how to use it. Beware of Remove vs. Delete. Remove destroys the virus, Delete just removes the entry from the log!
Summary: I give it a 5 of 5 for functionality; it has rescued me when I feared I would have to scrub registry by hand. I give it 3 of 5 for usability or friendliness. Nonetheless download it and keep it updated! I scan with it 2-3 times a week, it runs in ... read more >>
