It supports basic flowcharts, organizational charts, business charts, hr diagrams, work flowcharts, programming flowcharts and network design diagrams. Powerful and easy-to-use drawing tools and many pre-drawn library objects, drawing does not need to start anew. Just drag the ready-made shapes from the toolbar and drop them on your page. Zooming, scrolling, multi-selection and multi-level undo/redo supported. No artistic skill is required. Automatically aligns and arranges everything to look great. Version 2.5 adds the default setting for font and font size in the "options" property sheet. Save As function for JPEG produces a file in GIF format instead of JPEG.

Version: EDraw Flowchart 2.5
"Nice Install, I'm impressed!"
Pros: Nice Install, I'm impressed! First look at it - looks good. Surprised at the drag and drop, but that's an OK method. Instantly I see why my partner prefers it - it's easy "pictures" to see and use. She's big on "pictures" to mentally understand things.
Cons: I need do map out a process to build a model, would be nice to do rough (pencil in like) sketches in a charting format with lines and boxes of text to each scribbled drawing. Similar to 2D CAD only freehand - no "measurements" required (nothing close to what Googles new Sketcher is). The grid in your environment is enough for "rough" sketching.
