Dwg2zip is used by architects and engineers to make Autocad drawings ready for sharing with project participants. Dwg2zip can bind xrefs and remove frozen and OFF layers on a group of AutoCAD drawings. Dwg2zip can also convert to previous AutoCAD versions and DXF . Dwg2zip can compress drawing files, drawing lists, fonts, and plotter configuration files into a Zip file. Then email that file using Outlook, Groupwise or similar email programs.

In version 2005 fonts, plotter configuration files, drawing lists can now easily be added and extracted to zip files.
