The best Thing about DVD Shrink 2010 is the copies it makes are identical to the original in that they are DVD movies, not .avi or .mov files, so you get Autoplay, menus, optional extras, voice-overs, everything that was on the original.

After reading other reviews, I thank you for saving me the trouble over this scam. I just downloaded DVDShrink 3.2.0.15 from this link http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/DVD-Shrink-Download-4128.html. I just used it and it works excellent. Hope this helps someone else.
