  "Works Fine, Well Worth $15"

  Pros: Works just fine -- if you pay the rather nominal $15 for the software. Everyone once in awhile Outlook just decides to download duplicate emails. This cleans up the problem nicely

  Cons: The instructions could be clearer. Only a few basic bits of information are needed for most people, but this is buried in the details of the help function. Nowhere (that I could find) did they mention that Outlook has to be restarted for the add-on to be activated.

  "Does what it says, fast, cheap"

  Pros: Fast at finding dupes, very fast. Reliable. Easy to use. Simple to install. Does as advertised. Relatively low cost. Great value for the money.

  Cons: None I can think of.
