DualDesk Expert Edition is designed for help desks, support centers, technicians, and individuals that need to password protect the download module and to give the remote user the option to restrict the remote control session. Options include file sub folder transfers, password protection, session privileges prompt (view-only, remote control without file sharing or full control with file sharing), and all the features of the Professional version except it does not include Automatic Repeater ID or Ticket Number prompt or the encryption plug-in. It features ull-Control Mode, remote control mode, view only mode, standard direct client server mode, relay mode, repeater mode, and VNC compatibility mode.
