Pros
I like drop.io because it is free. I love it because it offers so much that other free fax sites offer with too much advertisement, etc. I use it for all my private communications now. This service has helped me tremendously when it comes to job hunting.
Cons
The only thing I don't like about it is that in order to receive faxes, the sender must have a drop.io cover letter.
