"Best free driver program I've seen"

Pros
Finds 99% of the drivers I need. I've been in the business for years and this program does what it is supposed to do. It takes a few brain cells to use but not many.
Cons
Wants to load useless product but this can easily be avoided

Pros
automatically find installs and updates drivers through an easy to use interface. For the rare few that it doesn't find it provides you with your device ID so you can look it up on the internet.
Cons
none... the people who gave this program a bad review probably work for drivergenius or other such driver software developer.
Summary
I've repaired hundreds of computers and this program is as essential to my tool kit as my screw driver is. It has saved me countless hours of searching for drivers on the net.

Finds about 90% of drivers automatically, also has "expert" settings area to turn off unwanted functions and allow you to customize what drivers are update/installed.
Cons
Automatically checks the options to change OEM badge/info and will install an annoying service in the background. These are easily turned off once the "expert" box is checked.
Summary
Fantastic option for a tech with family members that frequently need reinstalls, or run into many different systems on a regular basis. Can be a bit annoying for one off use.

makes some change to your OEM and rewrites manufacturer to 'DRIVERPACK SOLUTIONS' for some strange reason. Interface is obscure.
