Pros
Does everything it says. Works between Macs and PCs, and is amazingly fast.
Cons
none....well, it would be great if you could get it to put a song directly into itunes, instead of having to go into the folder, moving the files, and then adding them.

none that I've found, just make sure iTunes will not open when you media device is plugged in otherwise, if it's an iPod, ITunes will undo everything Double Twists uploads.
