Using Doppler you can read your subscribed RSS feeds on the go without needing to have an online connection using Safari. Just enter your Google account and your Google password, select the feeds you want to have downloaded and press the refresh button. Read your posts and the next time your press the refresh button Doppler will mark the posts as read on Google Reader too, so you will not have to read the same post twice.

Note: The "Download Now" link directs you to the iTunes App Store, where you must continue the download process. You must have iTunes installed in order to open the link, and you must have an active iTunes account to download the application. This download may not be available in some countries."
