From PistonSoft :Direct MP3 Splitter allows you to split, cut or trim a MP3 files and save results into new MP3 files. A build-in MP3 player let you listen, playback and then split. Also you can automatically split a MP3 file into equal-sized parts. The program can quickly split larger MP3 files without reducing quality. Version 1.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: This utility is extremely easy to use and that ranks well for me.

"Not even a waveform display?? ***??"
Pros: Maybe usable for a simple "split this file so that it fits my medium".
Cons: Where is the waveform-display? how can i find the sample where i have to split?? by hearing? come on, we're not at the kindergarten here... i expect to be able to do this clean.
And why is it impossibe to select more than one file to join them. It would be soo simple, but noo...
I guess a tool like this is programmed in one evening, and in fact i'll do it myself if i can't find one. (lossless!!)

Version: Direct MP3 Splitter 1.4
"At last... an MP3 splitter that works!"
Pros: I've tried a lot of the other MP3 Splitters, including those that Download.com gave a better rating than this program, but this is the first one that actually worked for me.
The interface is easy to use and splitting the track goes really smooth. If you want an MP3 splitter that does what it's supposed to do, then I definitely recommend this program.
Cons: I could see some other people wanting some more features from this program, but since I only needed it to, well, split an MP3, then I don't really have any complaints.
