From DIMIN :This image viewer features full-screen preview; stretching image; thumbnail view; slide show; normal or smooth transition; drag-and-drop file support; file types association; and image modifications, such as convert colors, resize, rotate, blur, and find edges. It accepts plug-ins with filters, and it gets files directly from an HTTP server using a URL. Some of the accepted image formats include BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WIN.
