From Merit Software :Designed for middle school through high school students, Developing Critical Thinking Skills helps ESL and remedial adult students learn about word relationships. Emphasis is placed on recognizing proper inferences, main ideas, and logical sentence sequences. Each lesson is self-directing and self-correcting. The program offers read-in-context word replacement questions, comprehension questions, and crossword puzzles. Students receive graphical rewards.
Version 3.3 features an easier sign-in procedure for users, and removes the ad-ware that was in the previous version.
