The program comes with a handful of watermarks, and we like its ability to save settings in profiles for quick application later on. HI I was surfing and came on your site I downloaded the free trial of your document which allows converting from Word to PDF I found it to be easy to use and was very impressed with it Unfortunately I dont convert many documents to pdf therefore i feel it is not cost effective to purchase the full version for myself Kind regards John

I have used docudesk's product for about three years, my experience is their products are very easy to use, the result is excellent, and their staff?s service are outstanding-with great patient & care, the product's price are very reasonable too. If you need PDF or Un-PDF, do not hesitate, this docudesk's products is the best choice.

Ease of use, not a lot of annoying little pop up windows, settings, buttons, check marks.. its simple, allows you to do what you need to do and it does it fast.
Cons
Can't think of a single one.

I've used many other products, some free, some purchased and this one by far is the most power, most user friendly and the least annoying out of all of them. Way to go.

I use Docudesk every day to attach important documents with
emails. It makes it easier for everyone to be able to open a PDF
file and not have to think about a Mac or PC, none of that
irritating stuff.

I came across DeskPDF probably 10 years ago and have been using it ever since. I even lost my program and activation code when my computer crashed several years ago but still had the receipt and all I had to do was contact docudesk and was back up and running again in no time. I just got a new laptop and will be upgrading to the professional version so I can password-protect my pdf docs. Thank you docudesk!

Ease of use, reliability, versatility, accurate rendition of original documents. It does all that is claimed in a simple but very effective and speedy manner.
Cons
I have not found a problem other than it is not compatible with the ADOBE products used by printing companies. For everything else cannot see it being beaten.

I have just converted an extensive Word doc...all 840 pages of text, astronomical maps, conventional maps both colour and line, line architectural drawings, landscape drawings, numerous photographs etc etc
I have used DeskPDF for a number of years and have not found a flaw to date. The product is reliable, accurate and speedy. The site service is second to none.
The updates to desk PDF Pro are fantastic...for long docs such as this I used to wait literally ages and have the fomatting process on show the whole time. Now? 4 minutes total with no jumping format pages on the screen...and that is at 3600dpm prepress...the result is absolutely supurb for quality.

DeskPDF is highly recommended as is deskUNPDF from the same company. I use both products extensively and have no criticism whatever. They do exactly what it is claimed they do...and do it extremely well. -

As a Lecturer on Quality Management Systems I appreciate your "delighting your customer " approach. UNPDF works well on my new laptop (notebook). I have a lot of PDF documents to read and convert and this product meets 99% of my requirements.
Cons
Documents of over 250 pages are problematic.

"Hello Marc, Embedded hyperlinks are not fully supported by our software, explicit links however are."

BUT even explicit links do NOT work for me (although they did for a while). When I submitted again, got no reply. If you need to produce documents that include hyperlinks for web redirection and navigation DO NOT purchase this software. Although it may work a while (it did for me) it may stop at a certain point (who knows why) and you will end up having paid a useless piece of software.
Would be great, is useless.
