From Einspine :Desk Doctor, for computer workers, is a new method of tackling RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). It helps detect and rehabilitate RSI problems, before users notice any pain. With the program, computer users can avoid the chronic illnesses, including carpal tunnel syndrome and tendonitis, which have become workplace epidemics. Users of Desk Doctor periodically take the programs built-in Assessment that employs a series of orthopedic tests. It compiles a personalized prevention and rehabilitation program from a library of 100 exercises. Desk Doctor prompts users to perform exercises, from time-to-time, at a frequency matched to the intensity they are working.
