This application provides the bare minimum in privacy protection. Not only is Delete History Free's interface basic, its cleaning prowess is mediocre at best. Using its tools menu, you can empty your Recycle Bin, delete your Recent Documents list, the Clipboard, any Windows temporary files, and your browser history from surfing with Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape, and Opera. This program skips over cookie deletion and third-party application trace removal all together. Sadly, scheduled cleanups are not available. Your only option is to manually clean the few featured areas or allow Delete History Free to work at Windows start-up. In comparison to competitive online-privacy programs, this free application doesn't measure up.Publisher's description

Version: Delete History Free 1
Pros: This program just do all it says! is amazing. It cleans your recycle bin, your internet explorer and your mozilla browser and history in just one single click, so, its easy. And dont worry about your cockies cuz this program doesnt touch them in all. Easy to install and to handle, even a 7 years old boy could manage it without problem. This is a nock out..!! Good job guys..!!

Version: Delete History Free 1
Pros: Have not tried this product, but
most of them do not work.
I use IEasyCleaner 2.5 and it works perfectly.
Cons: I have downloaded over 10 programs from
this website that claim to delete
temporary internet files. All of them are
bloated with spyware and dont do what they
claim to do. I have searched the web and
found one that really does just delete
your temporary internet files and cookies.

I do not know why download.com does not put
this simple, easy to use and works perfectly software on their website. It is
free and works perfectly. I have downloaded a bunch of programs that claim to just delete your history but they are not free and after you review your cookies and temporary internet files, a lot of them are still there.
This one works: IEasyCleaner 2.5
It is simple and safe. I am not bashing
anything on this website. I is just they
have not included this excellent free
software that everyone should download to
clean up their internet history.
The download file is just 415kb so you know it does not contain any spyware.
If you want a cache and cookie washer, it
cant be above this amount, unless it has
spyware in it.

Version: Delete History Free 1
"This program does what it says it does, but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING more than that."
Pros: Delete All History Free 1 does effectively remove all history from your computer, including the infamous index.dat files. It works on most browsers. Additionally, it is a free program.
Cons: Delete All History Free 1 does not provide more advanced options like clearing your cookies or download history, nor can it be protected by a password. It also lacks the ability to run scheduled deletions, which means you have to remember to run the program manually. There are premium programs FAR superior to Delete All History Free.
