I purchase a unlimited Purebeam decompiler at USD 799.00. The purchase process is very smooth. I ask question by sending John email, and he responded promptly.
After I get the software, i was compress in a RAR file with password. The password given is not correct. I wrote an email to him, no reply, 2nd email also no reply. few days later I wrote another email at the same time I go to his forum and send him an email.
On the following day, he reply me with new password and said that my previous 3 email was in his junk box.
After I manage to uncompressed the file, I manage to decompile EX4 file without problem. I try it out for many different file sizes and EX4 version. It works fine. I happy and shut down my computer.
One day later, I want to decompile another EX4 file; this time I got "Invalid License" message box and the program fails to decompile. After few tries, I give up and send John an email for help. I hope this time, my email did not go junk box. After 2 days, I still did not get any reply. I continuously wrote him another 5 emails. I still did not get hos reply. The best thing is when I want to go to his forum, it show me an error message "Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later. " I tried it for few days, I consistently get this message. Something which I can not explain is when I go to other computer I can access his forum. It make me feel like get cheated.
I encounter so much problem when using his decompiler, If I review it, the source of the problem is after sales support. I will be better of if I choose to get the decompiler from other provider.
I will conclude Purebeam business as follow:
i) John is not running Purebeam as a business - in order to protect himself, he satisfy customer saticfaction.
ii) Lack of business ethical - When collect payment or inquiry, email response very fast. After sales, many time your email go to JUNK box. This coursed very poor response response. Sometime issues can delay for weeks.
There is better decompiler provider which can provides better service! I think we don't need to pay money to buy the trouble. -
