From DbWeigher :

The DbWeigher is the software for developers using MS Access database as database backend. With the help of this program you can compare the structures of Microsoft Access databases. It is useful if you want to find the differences between the latest and previous database's structures. You can just choose any two mdb files and see at once the differences in their structures. Current version of the program allows you to find differences among tables, fields, indexes, relationships, procedures and views (queries).

As a result of the comparison a SQL script and a text report are created. The SQL script can be used to synchronize databases' structures. Version 2 errors handling is improved.
