Summary: Recently I had asked the staff of Softatics for support of this software regarding about upgrade but until now I don't receive any reply from them. I feel upset about their service support.

"Program crashes, vendor un-responsive"
Summary: Since I was a user of the 1.6 version of DVD to Go, I had hoped that 2.5 would be even better. Instead, it not only took out my ability to run 1.6, but it crashes as it starts to run every time. I have emailed Softatic, with no response.

Summary: I purchased the DVD to Go at the beginning of September, and have not been able to get the DVD to download with a sound. I have place the file size to the smallest that it can go, but still not sound.
