From DJ Tone :DJ ToneXpress is an easy to use application that lets you make unlimited customized real music ringtones from MP3, WMA, AAC/MP4, WAV, OGG files & Audio CDs. The 3 step Ringtone Creation Wizard guides you through music selection, ringtone editing and upload to phone. You can view the music sound wave graphically and use the zoom feature to achieve optimal start and stop points. Easy, Simple & Quick: the whole process requires only a few clicks from music selection to your ready to use ringtone.
The ringtone can be transmitted over the air to your phone or downloaded to your computer. There are NO subscriptions or hidden fees. DJ ToneXpress works in more than 50 countries & works with most mobile phones (e.g. Nokia, Motorola, SonyEricsson, Samsung, Siemens, Panasonic, LG, NEC, Sharp) that support real music ringtones & have Internet service through its carrier. Testing of phone compatibility available prior to buying license, plus attentive Customer Support is available.
Version 3.0 includes bug fixes and new phones added, speed improvement, and better support for Verizon phones.

Pros: I've been using this app for half an year now, made dozens of ringtones, it just works. If you're into ringtones you must try this for yourself.
Nice improvments if this version, ringtones sound lounder and cleaner. And another nice thing about this is that upgrades to new versions are free

Pros: your new version is much better. thanks for the free update. the speed is much better.
and your customer support was very helpful with information on how to download the ringtone directly to my desktop to transfer via bluetooth.

"dissapointed in previous release, hopefully this one is better"
Pros: Ease of use to select a cut from a track and installation to the phone was relatively easy.
Cons: The audio quality of the resultant ringtones (in the previous release, hopefully this one is improved) was dissapointing, using many different tracks of MP3, CD, and WMA audio. Volume was low, and not adjustable, quality was 'tinny' w/ little bass tones, I'm not looking for CD quality, but somethin close to commercial, the previous release was no-where close and very dissapointing.
