Pros: Simple to use
Nice interface
Nice range of plugins to use'em for your phone
Their customer support helped me with my BlackBerry 8100.
Cons: It's not free. Still a nice price for so many things.

"great ringtone making app and more"
Pros: this app is very simple to use and i have not had any problems since installing it last weekend. i have made lots of ringtones for my son and me. not only can i make unlimited ringtones with the app, i can also customize images from my computer for use on my phone plus more features which i have not tried yet, but saw that they are included (and stated to be unlimited use for those too.. which is cool).
For a simple, easy to use ringtone making app (i have used song files from both my PC and also from CDs), i recommend this one.
Cons: none so far, i have only had it since last saturday.
