"Once you try it. You can't live without it !"
Pros: It makes a huge difference in your sound quality when you add DFX to your RealPlayer. I guarantee you will be very happy. Even the free version is great. 5 Stara and TWO thumbs UP!

"Nice Enhancement If You Don't Over Do The Processing"
Pros: With the latest version (7.2) DFX adds two additional processing modes ("Music Type 2" and "Speech") which are welcome enhancements. For those who were satisfied with the original processing scheme, no worries! It has been retained as "Music Type 1". Users can easily toggle between all three modes by simply clicking the appropriate button. Whether you have a high-end speaker system or the original set that was included with your PC, DFX will definitely bring something to the party when used properly. Users who stick with the included presets may have issues with over or under-processing. To fully appreciate and enjoy the DFX plugin you need to branch out and experiment with custom user settings until you find the right blend. Your custom presets can be named and saved to the preset list for easy access. For those who enjoy the visual aspects, DFX 7.2 now includes a colorful spectrum analyzer and a new collection of OEM and downloadable user created skins.
Cons: It's a little over-priced but it's not too difficult to find discount offers on the web. Don't order through Real Player's web site... although they sell DFX for only $15, you get version 5.0 which works fine but is several years old.

Pros: It's great! You don't need to purchase the Premium Player to have a 10-eq! DFX will make this work! Just let RP and DFX Play the music, and forget all cares!
Cons: Does not support WMA!

Version: DFX for RealPlayer 7.2
"DFX blows everything out of the water!"
Pros: With an endless set of features and all the
latest and greatest toys, you can't go wrong
with DFX. I tried all the others and
they just don't come close to the integration
of this. Music have clearer definition, better
sound quality. I recommend it to anyone looking to enhance
their audio experience.
